The Challenge

Using HTML5's Canvas and the many properties it has. Find a way to best promote a chosen industry.

I chose to use Digital Art as my industry. The way I felt best promoted my industry, with the properties presented, was the use of the image viewer below. The final results of the other experiments are available for your inspection as well. Whats your favorite?

Interesting Bits

About Me

I have been a creative all of my life. Although the road to where I am today was not a straight shot. I was a musician and song writer for 30 years. A major loss of hearing eventually brought me to using my creativity in other ways.

In time I found digital art and web design. I now have an Associates Degree and several certifications in the Web and Graphic Design field.

About This Experiment

I am always looking for new ways to create digital art. Something thats just a bit different from the norm.

Although this experiemnt was great for showing the power of HTML5's Canvas. It also proved that canvas (in the HTML world anyway) is not really an artists canvas. Although for some it could be. It's purpose seems best suited for game development, web based advertisments, Image viewers, etc.
